After posting a negative review because the products they send me (I bought four)didn’t work, and considering the fact that to have them shipped back to them would have been even more expensive than the product itself, they contacted me and send me a replacement at no cost. That’s worth noting. Product itself though, it is what you pay.

It takes a long time for my Pearl 8100 to charge. Almost over 2 hours. I was expecting it to take less than an hour. Otherwise the product is good. Retractable cord is a big benefit.

This charger was so inexpensive, I had serious doubts about whether it would work or break within a day. But it works beautifully! The retractable cord is brilliant — no more tangled up cords to unknot! It’s the best feature on this charger. Plus, the charger is extremely compact and light and it charges my Blackberry very quickly.

Great little charger… and I love the retractable cord. I don’t like to have a bunch of cords laying around in the compartments of my car and this tucks away neatly. I’m very pleased.

The retractable cord is why I bought this product. It’s work great, no more messy wires everywhere! I would definitely recommend this product!
