The seller was great but we had to return the phone. The phone looks nice but it is not made very sturdy, the touch screen has to be pushed pretty hard, overall performance of the phone was a let down. Not easy to use in any way!!!! Would not recommend this phone to anyone EVER!

This phone is barely usable. The OS and user interface (GUI) are written for the past century and hard to use. The touch screen does not work well, you have to use the supplied stylus in order to press hard enough. I could not stand it for more than two days.

You can not text on the phone, no let me rephrase you can text you just can’t send the text. It will ask you to enter another sim card like every 60 seconds even after you switch out of dual mode and randomly cuts off and did I mention that they give you 2 batteries but the each batteries life last about a whole 13 hours.
