Don’t purchase this item. The phone barely fits in the sleeve and you will most likely damage the case trying to get it out again. Awful.

I had to remove skin and protective cover to fit my iphone in this armband. It was difficult to get in and even more difficult to remove the phone from it. Not worth the trouble everyday when I go to fitness center. Sending it back and will keep looking for a arm band holder that will hold the phone with skin on.

Blackberry does not have a sportsband for the Storm. Other reviews suggested using the this Griffin iPhone Sportsband with the Blackberry Storm (w/a bluetooth headset). Fits “storm” snug (too snug for “Storm” side access “wired” headset). Armband not too uncomfortable. Works ok w/ MotoROKR S9-HD bluetooth headset (best operation is for bluetooth “sender” (BB Storm) to be close(either arm)to bluetooth receiver (headset).
Pro – I can wear the Blackberry Storm on my arm while jogging or working outside. Bluetooth signal “capture” (not losing/dropping signal)good, better than in pocket or on belt clip. Clear, front plastic face does not block any Storm keys or displays. Primary use is for music and phone on the go.
Con – Holder designed for iPhone and wired headset use. Slit openenings on top and bottom of the armband device. Doesn’t completely weather/dust seal the Blackberry Storm. Snug fit – don’t recommend using BB Storm key pad while in the holder

This product visually looks appealing like all of the Griffin sleeves for ipods. It is easy to select your itunes if need be or to manage the device the through the sheathing. The one thing that i have found undesirable about this is the strap. There a piece of velcro to secure it and it seems that with the iPhone, I find that when I’m jogging that at least 1 time throughout my run that I have to readjust the strap. It seems that the hook part of the velco doesn’t have large enough hooks to grip on to the looped cloth side as it should. (I have the model for the nano v2 also and this never seemed to be an issue, I loved that version, so that was my justification for buying this one.)

PRO: extremely secure for your iphone. It won’t fall out.
CON: If you REALLY sweat, the heat and moisture fogs the screen. This takes A LOT of sweat or an extreme difference in body heat and the environment.
This is a great case for a very specific application, ie, working out; when you want to take your iPhone along with you while you exercise. It’s comfortable, adjustable, light weight and your phone is secure.
This case provides security, convenience and protection and is one of the slimmest sport armbands out on the market. It is made with a one-piece design and integral screen cover. It protects your iPhone from scratches and dust. You get access to the touch screen and the ports and limited access to the controls. There aren’t any cut outs for the volume or silence buttons. You are also not able to snap a photo easily. So forget the use of the camera.
The thick clear, full-face screen protector safeguards against scratches and smudges while still allowing the touch screen feature to function. The thick protector also has a downside and that is that the buttons on the edges of the screen; ie, the P, L, Q, A, etc. are extremely difficult to depress. It is a matter of the seam getting in the way. Depressing these keys is achievable. You just have to be mindful to press more firmly.
The Streamline case also has a reflective trim with the idea that it makes you more visible at dusk. Reality is that this is a very small object to begin with and the trim on a small object is even smaller. It isn’t a reason to buy this case.
The wash-ability of the Streamline case is great and necessary. Adjustable band to fit any arm in a breathable, comfortable fit. And, you can always stash a $20 in the case for those exercise days when you pass a donut shop and can’t resist the excuse to carb load!
Bottomline, for the specific application of being accessible while you exercise or listening to music on your iPhone, this is a great option.
