Even though this product is relatively inexpensive, I was never the less disappointed. The car charger is wonderful, but the USB cable/disc DOES not work. I tried to contact the company through e-mail and after no response from the company, I searched for a customer service phone number to call. After googling it and finding one, I left a message and still have not received a call back in regards to my inquiry. After (trying to) installing the disc, I found that the LG Rumor product number is not even listed as a phone that can use this disc, then the program was unable to even “see” that I had a phone connected through USB cable.

The USB cable works great, but the car charger isn’t for an LG (even though that’s what the package says). The plug is a completely different size – obviously packaged wrong. But for this price I guess it’s not a huge deal.

It works, and I got it at a great price. Plug it in and set your phone to “Mass Storage”, mine seemed to want to be a modem by default the fist time, just changed the setting and it’s like a portable drive. Then simply drag & drop music, photo’s, or whatever. No drivers to install, just plug and play. 4GB mini SD installed in phone for more storage, also pruchased at Amazon for a great price. Haven’t tried the car chager, but the usb cord will also charge the phone when pluged into the computer. How great is that. Seems to be of decent quality, and I would buy it again if I lost it or something.

I bought this for my wife’s phone since it did not come with a car charger. All I can say is that it works fine, and the price is right. So…Good Value.

This is a nice little car charger that works fine and costs WAY less than the brand ones. The computer cable is a nice bonus.
