Pros: Loud and clear. Great charging options.
Cons: Can't someone come up with a headset that clips to your earlobe for better stability??

Although I find this headset pretty comfortable, I have yet to have it stay in my ear if I turn my head too quickly. I love the 3 different charging options, though. The sound is loud and clear. Although others have said you need to be no more than 10 feet from the phone, I've been as far as 20 with no problem.

The headset comes with a car charger, a USB charger for the computer, and a wall charger. It is well worth the money as it works atleast as well as my Motorola headset. It was easy to set up with my T-Mobile Dash.

I would give it 5 stars if it was designed to really stay in your ear. The piece that goeas around my ear is awkward and won't stay on with my sunglasses. My husband has a headset (not a bluetooth) that he loves because it has a little clip that goes no his lobe and keeps it in his ear.

When I read other reviews that suggested this device would be uncomfortable for people with small ears, I thought, “I have normal to small ears. It shouldn’t be a problem.” Well, I was wrong. Not only did it not fit in my ear, the over-the-ear holder was designed for someone with really large ears (like really old guy ears that you notice are about 4-5 inches long). This product is designed for large ears only.

I was attracted to this product because it was small, cute and had 3 ways to charge it (computer/USB, electrical outlet & car charger). I have been pretty disappointed since I have been using it. The device constantly drops my calls and loses connection with my phone. I can manually pick up my phone and the other party is still on the line. I have had other bluetooth devices connected to my phone and did not experience this. You can’t go very far from the phone before the device starts beeping- indicating that you are too far. People can hear me talking to them rather clearly, but I can’t hear them- even if the volume is turned all the way up- which, by the way, is backward and awkward because the volume up button is on the bottom and the down button is on the top of the device. Finally, it is IMPOSSIBLE for the device to stay on my ear. It is uncomfortable because the part that fits in the ear canal is huge and the clip doesn’t successfully stay on the top of my ear. This product may be good for someone who has never experienced a quality bluetooth, but I am pretty disappointed.

Pros- looks rather fun and I love the gold shape.

Cons — never worked. I plugged it in to fully charge the device, and then when I went to pair it, the device flashed wildly and then went dead. That was the end of my BlueAnt X3. Quite the bummer. Customer service took a week to respond to my e-mail for support help. My boyfriend has the black version and it’s worked well for a year now. I can’t recommend the gold version.
