It appears to be a genuine Blackberry product with the brand name embossed on the back. The silicone covers the side buttons, but is textured in the shape of the buttons so you can still feel and use them. Perfectly placed cut outs for connecting headset, charger, and using camera. <br /> <br />Still fits in the leather case that came with it, snug, but it fits. <br /> <br />I bought this for under $4.00 from WebTreo "fulfilled by Amazon" and got free shipping.
